– Flying B Rental, the leading equipment, event and portable toilet rental services provider of south Arkansas and north Louisiana, is expanding its coverage area with the acquisition of Bossier City-based ROTAG PT Services, the top portable toilet rental provider of central Louisiana and east Texas.
The purchase includes ROTAG PT Services’s assets. Flying B Rental will take over operations of the ROTAG PT Services storefront at 1325 Canyon Court, Bossier City, LA 71111, including customer contracts, under the Flying B Rental name effective April 7, 2025.
ROTAG PT Services is among the top providers of portable toilet rentals in the region, with a service area that spans the ArkLaTex and primarily servicing oil and gas industry clients. Founded in 2013, the company has seen steady growth under founder Chance Gantt, who said he is excited for the business’ next phase.
“ROTAG PT Services grew through good service and quality contacts, and keeping those relationships and contacts and the good customers that we’ve worked for, whether it be residential, commercial or oil and gas,” Gantt says. “Customers can expect the same quality services. I would also emphasize how amazing our crew is; those folks will still be there and continue to provide amazing services and high-end relationships.”
Clark Burton, owner of Flying B Rental, said the acquisition will grow his company’s assets by two-thirds and allow Flying B Rental to expand its customer base significantly. Flying B Rental will expand its events and equipment rentals into northern and central Louisiana, extending its coverage area along the I-20 corridor.
Flying B Rental first expanded into Louisiana in December 2024, when the company opened a satellite office in Ruston at 1306 Commerce Street.
“The acquisition of ROTAG PT Services’ assets will allow Flying B Rental to continue growing its service area in Louisiana and diversify into the oil and gas industry,” Burton says. “At the same time, we’ll be able to increase our events and equipment rentals with new customers along the I-20 corridor.”
Former co-owner of ROTAG PT Services, Rance Gantt, will join the Flying B Rental team as general manager of Louisiana operations.
